| 1. | Please allow up to 5 business days to receive the FedEx envelope from us. | |||
| 2. | When you receive your FedEx envelope, fill out the included inventory form and package it with your valuables in the FedEx envelope. | |||

Take your FedEx envelope to your local staffed FedEx location. Your
FedEx
envelope will expire 30 days after your initial request. Please allow up to 5 business
days for us to receive your shipment. The status of your FedEx shipment to us may
be tracked through the
FedEx tracking system using the FedEx tracking number on your FedEx
envelope.

Once we have received your shipment, you may check the status of
your order with your order tracking number by
